I am a junior in high school and plan on wrestling varsity at one of the top schools Illinois. I am looking for a very intense workout plan that will get me ready to win at the varsity level. I lift weights, wrestle, or run everyday already, but I am looking for something much harder to make sure that I get the varsity spot when wrestle-offs come around and that I am sccessful in matches....
